Apartamento para 6 con Wifi, AC, Piscina y Parking gratis

Me encantó mucho el apartamento: es precioso, muy limpio y bien equipado. Está ubicado en una residencia cerrada y segura, con plaza de aparcamiento (o en el garaje del recinto), lo cual es muy práctico. La ubicación es ideal: a solo 5 minutos andando del paseo marítimo, cerca de supermercados, restaurantes y a solo 20 minutos de Málaga. Pero lo que más me gustó fue la amabilidad, la disponibilidad y la atención del señor Gaspar. Recomiendo este apartamento sin dudarlo, ¡10 000 veces! Excelente relación calidad-precio, y sin duda volveré. 🤩

Lo único que no me gustó… fue tener que irme del apartamento 🥲🥲

De tv had alleen maar Spaanse zenders,jammer als je geen Spaans verstaat,de matrassen waren niet optimaal, je voelde de veren flink in je rug,dat was een beetje hinderlijk.

-lokalizacja obiektu (blisko morza, mariny, lokali gastronomicznych oraz miejsc wartych odwiedzenia; bardzo zielona, cicha i spokojna okolica) -kontakt z właścicielem (Dziękujemy Gaspar)- bardzo jasne instrukcje dotyczące odbioru kluczy, zasad panujacych w obiekcie, -cudowne baseny w pięknym, zielonym i bardzo zadbanym otoczeniu, -winda ułatwiająca dotacie do miejsc zlokalizowanych nad morzem, -super bar z przekąskami i drinkami w bardzo przystępnych cenach, -mieszkanie bardzo duże, dwie łazienki, ogromny taras, -ekspres do kawy Dolce Gusto, -bardzo atrakcyjna cena wynajmu, -bardzo miły prezent od Gaspara-w apartamencie czekała na nas powitalna butelka wody i wino-dziękujemy!

- łazienki w dobrym stanie, ale wymagają już odrobiny odświeżenia, -brakowało większej liczby kubków lub filiżanek do kawy, herbaty-przy 5 osobach było ich zdecydowanie za mało.

The owner was very responsive to our problems. On the first day we arrived we noticed that the 2 air conditioners were not working (they were very old), we contacted the owner (on what's up) he answered us immediately, sent someone to check this out, on the same day he bought us a fan, and in 3 days the 2 air conditioners were replaced. We were pleasantly surprised. The owner allowed us to check in 3 hours before the scheduled check in time. We liked that the apartment was large, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private pool with free access open until 9 pm, free parking, close to the beach.

The cleanliness leaves a bit to be desired.

Everything Apartment is very roomy Double bedroom was huge Beds looked very uncomfortable but they were great we all slept very well Communication with Casper was excellent very helpful Location was fab very short walk to the supermarket and some food and drink establishments Very short walk to the beach but be aware if you have mobility issues the beach is below street level so a longish staircase and ramp Pool and restaurant on site were fantastic all the staff were lovely and because it’s residential block the residents were also lovely and friendly.

Nothing all great except maybe needs an information sheet about pool & hot water for example but that’s a minor thing
