La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear, cobraron un monton por la limpieza y no estaba limpio,habia unos bichos en la bañera que supongo que habran subido por la tuberia pero aún asi,no es normal que te entreguen un piso así! El aire acondicionado iba mal,el agua caliente tambien, no cierra bien el grifo del agua caliente del baño la habitación....

This was a great location but that was about it

The host had to meet us to check us in. We set a time and he texted us the address to meet but he was 45 minutes late and had sent us to the wrong building. The next evening was the first night we had to use the apartment key to enter the unit after having been out sight seeing all day. It was 10pm and after trying the key for 20 minutes I finally called the host . We had to wait another 30 minutes for the host to show up and let us in. Turns out we had been given the wrong key. When we checked in, the apartment was dirty. Dust on every surface. When had to wipe off the table (and other surfaces) with a hand towel to be able to use it and have dinner. The dishwasher had dirty dishes in it that we had to clean. Only the main bed was made and we had to find sheets for the other 6 beds to make them up so that they could be used. The apartment heat took a long time to work and the thermostat had a warning that the filters needed cleaning. The showers had mold and mildew and although there were 3 bathrooms, no one wanted to use one of them because it smelled so bad. In fact the whole apartment smelled like old person body odor. Also when using the shower if anyone else was using water the temperature would fluctuate greatly and you had to be careful to not get burned. There was no soap, shampoo, body gel, and only one roll of toilet paper for 8 people for a 3 night stay. The carpets we a hard on the feet fiber material with lots of texture that hurt your feet but that didn’t bother us much as we decided to wear our shoes when at the unit because the carpet was stained and nasty. It was also unraveling at the seams. When we left, the host texted me and said we had left the apartment extremely dirty and that there was food particles in the dishwasher and that he was going to charge me an extra 60 Euros. He also accused us of breaking into locked cabinets and stealing his towels. I think he is purposely trying to rip off tourists.
