"Great locations, but not as the photos, need improvement."

No one was there, They sent a link was only available for one person (me) I have to click everytime if someone wanted to leave the place to open the door and the website was always asking for feedback, then I was waiting longer to be able to open the entrance. 7 people with one pair of keys and one link for one person is not enough, very limited.

location was the benefit of this place, in overall was not functioning the lights and dirty toilets. Needed more extra cleaning during the period, no instructions on where to throw the rubbish out and for 7 people after 5 days the rubbish was a lot.

L’accesso e’ stato problematico, le chiavi per aprire il portone erano dentro all’appartamento, abbiamo dovuto chiedere aiuto
