La ubicación céntrica

La falta de mantenimiento del piso y que no hay personal que te ayude en una emergencia ya que la no hay persona que te asista sino un robot IA que te contesta como si le estuvieras preguntando a chat GPT, por ejemplo preguntamos cuanto costaba el parking mas cercano y nos dijo 27 cuando fueron 37,90 y el ascensor no funcionó y nos tocó subir y bajar equipaje por las escaleras que no son pocas
