I’ve never had such a horrible hotel experience. After returning to my room from a day out of sightseeing, I found cockroaches crawling in my bed. I immediately complained to staff, who only offered to change the bedsheet, even though the cockroaches were clearly coming from inside the hollow bed frame.I asked to be moved to another room, even a smaller one, but was told the hotel was “fully booked.” When I then requested a refund, a new room suddenly “appeared.” Unfortunately, as soon as I walked in, I found another cockroach on the bed.When I went back to complain again, staff didn’t believe me. I asked one of them if he would pay to sleep in a bed with cockroaches—he admitted he wouldn’t. Only then did another “free” room appear, which thankfully was clean.The only positive thing I can say is that the third room didn’t have cockroaches, but the way staff handled everything was completely unacceptable. No refund, no apology, and no accountability.

Room size a little bit small,

I arrived at the hotel at 2:00 AM for a late check-in, which I had already informed the hotel about in advance. My stay was supposed to be max 9 hrs. However, upon arrival, the receptionist was visibly drunk and unprofessional. He initially denied my check-in and, after some time, demanded additional money to allow me to stay. This was completely unacceptable and put me in a very difficult situation during the night. I strongly advise others to avoid booking this hotel due to the unprofessional behavior and poor service.

The service provided was quick and efficient, ensuring a hassle-free experience. The beds were comfortable and provided a good night’s sleep

Great place to stay, spacious dorms, well maintained and near to hyderabad it hubs. I would definitely recommend for solo travellers.
