Очень уютная квартира с приятной атмосферой. Всё чисто и аккуратно, проживание прошло отлично.

Nothing. After they confirmed my reservation and I arrived in Almaty following a 6-hour flight from Türkiye, they provided no information whatsoever. When I arrived 15 minutes before check-in and asked where I could pick up the key, they made up an excuse saying the apartment was leaking and they couldn't rent it out. When I asked why they hadn't informed me, they said they were about to call me just before I called. They are absolutely liars and, in my opinion, scammers. They directed me to cancel my reservation through Booking.com, which is extremely suspicious because if I had canceled, I would have had to pay a penalty and they would still have received their money. Don't trust them; you will be victimized.

Хозяйка очень приятная, хотелось бы добавить посуды и кухонных приборов. В остальном все прекрасно, квартира хорошая, теплая, светлая.

Хорошая светлая квартира, удобная локация, администратор всегда на связи. Есть всё необходимое - начиная с утюга и заканчивая посудой. Кровать очень удобная для сна.

Квартира светлая и ухоженная. Всё работает исправно, обстановка приятная. Остались положительные эмоции.

Квартира в хорошем состоянии, видно, что за ней следят. Проживание было комфортным. С удовольствием остановимся здесь снова.

Безответственность хозяйки.

Хозяйка квартиры не призналась, что записала несколько разных людей (как минимум три пары) на одни и теже даты и люди вынуждены были в ночи искать, где им жить.
