Calm House 2 Homestay Hoi An

Beautiful house on a little island near the center, lovely hosts, big amazing bathroom, romantic window view.

In the dorm there are very narrow beds like in a train or a sleeping bus :) And from the top bed bunk stuff falls down, there's no shelf.

Kind and welcoming, made my stay so easy, it felt like I was staying with friends. Very quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Everything was clean and well kept. Helped me with everything. The breakfast was amazing. Great value for money.

The location was great and away from the hustle and bustle of Hoi An old town. The host is incredibly helpful, very accomodating and happy to assist with bookings for other activities and suggestions. The rooms had a lovely view and were kept very clean

The bed was very firm, personal preference would be to have something softer. Would have made it a 10/10 if the bed was comfier but otherwise could not fault it

Lovely stay! Hosts are great and super helpful and welcoming. Great recommendations for activities, events and food from the host family as well. Tried as much as possible, all perfect!! Location is at a quieter part which was for me the best. It was super easy to go to the center with bike. Laundry service was excellent, too. Would stay here again.

Beds in the dorm are a little bit small.

I loved my stay there! The hosts (a married couple) are just the sweetest, super attentive, warm hearted and helpful. Both speak very good English and are ready to help with anything. Upon arrival I was asked to take a seat and got offered a tea and some fruit and had a wee chat with the owner. I felt very welcome and comfy right away. Also I got a tasty breakfast already at seven in the morning as I was leaving early. Generally, the place is beautiful! The interior is beautifully furnished and designed and the whole place is extremely clean. I stayed in the dorm. Which felt nicely private still because of the curtains around the bed. The location is perfect for anyone who likes to stay in a nice and calmer area. It still very close to the old town by bicycle or motorbike. I recommend this place to anyone visiting Hoi an!

Beautiful view, a spotless room that looks exactly like the photos, and a delicious breakfast. The owner, Huong, and her family are incredibly kind and helpful.

Maybe a bit far away to walk, but for us was okay.

Lovely stay in a great budget place. The hosts were so nice and helpful with local knowledge, taxis and trips. We were happy to be in a quiet area but only 20+ minutes to walk into the heart of the old town. Great views of the river from our room.
