Lovely location with a river out back and marvellous views

Lovely rural location. Lots of room, fully equipped kitchen and utility area. The lounge and bedrooms were very comfortable. Nice gardens and stream and the back and woke up to the sheep in the field every morning which was nice. A small selection of games and toys too which my daughter enjoyed.

It was quite cold the first night even with the heating on but there were blanket’s to use in the living room which were appreciated!

The house was very comfortable and heating could be boosted when needed All our needs were met

Beautiful wee bungalow it's peaceful and has a wee river out the back. We will deffo be back.

It was well above my expectations. A wonderful cottage, superb views, extremely comfortable and tastefully decorated. WiFi, smart TV, large oven, microwave, large bathroom with shower, washing machine, plenty of parking space, comfortable bed, fridge/freezer, central heating, kettle, plates, cutlery, cooking utensils. Basically, with everything you need for a great stay.

I don't have any negatives.

Comfortable, clean, tasteful decor, super views and great communication.
