Ho soggiornato una settimana a Ferragosto presso Zara Narramondo Villas a Giulianova. L’appartamento è ampio, confortevole e la posizione fronte spiaggia è davvero comoda. Tuttavia, ho riscontrato alcuni aspetti che necessitano di attenzione e manutenzione: • la caldaia perde acqua sul balcone; • il balcone stesso è tenuto da delle ferrate di rinforzo e sembra necessitare urgentemente di lavori di manutenzione; • la pulizia sotto i letti delle camere era scarsa; • il frigorifero è molto vecchio, non raffredda adeguatamente ed è poco funzionale. Nel complesso l’esperienza è stata positiva per la posizione e la comodità dell’alloggio, ma credo che con qualche intervento di manutenzione e una maggiore cura nei dettagli potrebbe essere davvero eccellente.
