Lux Family 3 BR With Pool Villa Walk To Beach and Mercato

This place is our home away from home. We absolutely love it here. The location is perfect and the home is so comfortable and they thought of everything for guests. Couldn’t ask for more!

This house felt like home. It had every appliance you could ever need. The furniture was very comfortable. The master suite and bathroom were fantastic with the toilet as a separate part of the bathroom so the other person could use the sinks/shower. We sat out in the pool area a lot with the netting, so you didn't worry about any bugs. The bikes and chairs were a nice touch, beach towels, TP, hand soap, everything was there! We will definitely be back!!

I cannot name 1 thing we didn't like.

The property is very tired and needs quite a bit of money spent on it. Pictures do not represent the reality.

Curtains don’t close and stained with chocolate (I hope that’s what it was) lighting all round house disastrous. Kitchen ridiculous. Cupboards full of chipped crockery, insides of cupboards filthy and full of old stuff. No cupboard to put any groceries in. Could not see how to work oven without a torch. Pressure in main shower a joke. You had to do a dance to get slightly wet. Nowhere comfortable to sit. Sagging couch. Dining room seat covers badly stained. Dishwasher racks bent and broken. Owner gave us refund of cleaning but would not give us any more. This was an expensive property and did not live up to expected of standard we have had in the last 6 years in the same area. There is a troubleshooter person who tried to make things a little better She brought in new pots (the old ones had to go in the bin) a vacuum cleaner and an ironing board. She also brought flowers and a bottle of win for my birthday but unfortunately it did make our stay any more pleasant. The only good thing was the pool but even the patio was sad and tired. Booking.com should take some responsibility for this as we are very good customers. We called them but they weren’t interested.

So spacious and comfortable. Loved the high ceilings and king bed was so comfortable. Loved the outdoor area, nice seating and great pool. Also loved that it had bikes.

Well a few dirty dishes. But probably the dishwasher failed to clean them.

The villa was a fantastic place to stay. Beautiful place with plenty of household amenities. The owners thought of everything. It was very clean and updated with huge TV's throughout the house for sport fans. We'd definitely recommend it and will go back for sure
