Faptul ca avea balcon, chiar doua. Este o zona liniștită si poți avea parte de odihnă. Un imobil cu tot ce trebuie, chiar si pentru cei care au bebeluși. Un imobil spațios cu parcare chiar în fata blocului. Mi-a placut ca a fost curățenie.

Mi-ar fi placut alte perne. Acestea erau prea moi, dar aici este poate o chestie doar de preferințele fiecăruia.
