We reported the bath in the room water was tepid on the first night The host said it would be fixed but it wasn’t not very good for the bridal suite

"A cut above your average B&B"

It's an absolutely stunning location. Beautifully maintained gardens because it is a wedding venue. The breakfast staff were wonderful and friendly and I had breakfast outside in the gardens in the sun, which was gorgeous.

It was a difficult place to get to by foot. It took me a long time time to walk from Arundel and had to go partly on the duel carriageway. Not any choice of eating places just one pub that was a bit expensive and a 25 minute walk. If you stay here it may be worth eating before you get there or definitely driving (which is a shame). But the room, the gardens and the breakfast are worth any negatives.

"Fabulous location with friendly staff"

The staff were very friendly. We loved the location, it was great for the children and would definitely like to revisit.

The stay wasn't long enough! I would have liked a fresh coffee with ground coffee at breakfast.

Stunning property in a quiet peaceful location. Room was clean and comfortable. Great tea and coffee facilities. Toiletries also available. We had breakfast on the terrace area, cooked to order with pastries and yoghurts available. Could not fault this place. Looking to book for next year when we visit Goodwoof.

Comfortable beds, warm, delicious breakfast and helpful friendly staff. Fresh air and peaceful setting.

All ok. Minor issues with feeble shower and poor internet connection.
