The staff are very friendly. The infamous Andy cooked a full English breakfast - perfect crispy bacon and fried eggs cooked to your personal choice. Quiet yet convenient location for Arundel, with lovely countryside and horses.

Would have liked one or two chairs in the room.

I was very impressed with the property we went with our two dogs. It was lovely and tranquil. The staff were so friendly. They couldn’t do enough for you. Also the breakfast was amazing. Excellent t value for money.

The room was a little hot. I would have liked to let my dog off maybe in one section of the grounds. I do realise it is a farm though and they had a cat.

An excellent location with facilities and views to match, the reception staff were friendly and accommodating. The staff at breakfast were great especially the chief, truly refreshing to have a joke and laugh with. I can honestly say the cooked breakfast was one of the best I have ever had, very well made to order and hot. I would recommend it to anyone.
