"Nice place but TERRIBLE host"

I liked that it was clean, having a private bathroom and a full kitchen.

The person managing the place was never there. I asked her for some suggestions on how I can get laundry service. She gave me the number of someone. One of the problem is he only spoke Italian. Knowing this, she should have helped me set it all up. Somehow I managed to communicate with him and he agreed to come by in the morning and pick it up. This was before I knew this lady was never at the ptoperty. She got mad at me and said I forced her to help me even though she told me through texts that a different guest let him in to get my laundry! Ridiculous. She was rude and extremely unprofessional by calling me names. What kind of host does that? On the day before my departure, I messaged her several times about helping me book a taxi to the train station because I had all my luggage. She never replied!
