Quiet location, near the city. Close walk to convenience stores. Very warm. Parking space. Easy to communicate with the owner and fast reply.

There were roped off areas which were listed as "do not enter". This was a little scary as you didn't know what else was in the house with you. E.g. the whole top floor is roped off but it's just up a flight of stairs to access it. The house became a little smelly with rubbish which had been stored in a roped off room next to the kitchen.

It was very large and spacious. It was clean as well. Instructions were very clear, good communication.

The beds were very uncomfortable. I don’t mind sleeping on the floor on a mattress, but these mattresses had springs and you could feel them through the sheet. We also had no hot water, so showers didn’t happen. We were told after we left we could’ve put the burner on, but we left early.

The rooms are big

The sheets are a bit soft.

Spacious area, enough rice cooker, kettle and kitchen utensil for big group.

Thin futon/mattress , could not sleep thin mattress.
