In my opinion, more attention should be paid to cleanliness, especially the kitchen. Light bulbs burned out in the bedroom (only one bedside lamp worked). No kitchen paper or napkins. No kitchen utensils. Three coffee capsules available and coffee machines full of used capsules. No iron, no hair dryer, which in my opinion should be standard in this type of apartment. Old type TV with only basic channels and no possibility to configure this device with a phone or tablet.
