HUUgo, the host of the apartment was extremely helpful and kind - not only the check-in was flawless, but he actually went and purchased some groceries for us. On the last day he was so flexible with the check-out, we could leave the apartment at 2pm. The apartment is in a perfect location and very nicely decorated. The terrace was amazing, we loved it.

IEThis apartment was 5 star all the way. My first impression was that it exceeded my expectations.... so that's always a good start! The accommodation is very well laid out and very spacious. The apartment has everything you could want or need in it, including a fab coffee machine, coffee pods provided!! The location of this apartment is excellent. It's a 5 minute walk to the town, which is a lovely, vibrant happening place. Our host Ugo couldn't have been nicer!! Right from the very instant that I booked this apartment, he was there on hand to answer all questions that I asked. He offered his help with organising transport from the airport, which was extremely helpful as we were arriving in Palermo at 10pm. Although we were arriving at the apartment late (11pm), he had someone meet us to show us around the apartment and answer any questions we had, it was very well organised, and we never felt for one minute that we were alone or stranded without anyone to ask when we needed information! Ugo was exceptional when it came to hosting and helping with info. Should I ever return (which I hope to) to Palermo, I will, without a doubt stay here. There's nowhere else I'd stay!! It has everything and it's beside everything!! Thanks Ugo......keep up the good work! 😊👍

RS1. Ugo is an excellent host. He welcomed us warmly in the apartment and gave us all the important information. Communication with Ugo is exceptional, he answers all questions quickly and meets all our requests. 2. The apartment is much better and more beautiful than in the pictures. 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with all the necessary equipment, a spacious living room and a fantastic terrace. 3. Large, comfortable and clean apartment. 4. The location was excellent for us, 150 m from the Massimo Teatro. There are many restaurants and shops in the area.
