Cozy One Bedroom Unit In the Heart of Jax Beach!

This apartment was a great value, very clean, and has everything you'd need. There are beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach cart. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, coffee, and a good-sized fridge. They even have a pack-n-play available. Towels, washcloths, and a hairdryer are provided, as well. It's within walking distance to amazing restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood is quiet and cozy. The mattress is extremely soft, so keep that in mind if you have back or hip issues that require firmer support. All in all this place is a 10/10 and I would book again in the future if we ever come back to the area.

I loved the location! I hated that you could hear the people above you anytime they walked around. Nice home, more towels necessary for swimming since no washer/dryer was available. Overall one of my favorites places and would love a long term option!

Great location near the beach and conveniences.

The refrigerator seemed to be on its last breath. Both doors were open when we arrived and the defrosted water was all over the floor. Freezer never got cold.

This place is awesome. It's totally perfect for a couples get away. It's right in the center of everything. You can walk to almost everything. Even the grocery store is a half mile away. Bars and restaurants so close but still quiet and comfortable. My husband and I had a great relaxing week.

The room were really nice, clean and has everything you need. Its location is perfect also, Jerry close to the beach and restaurants, bars, souvenir shops. It’s totally worth the money.

The upstair room can be loud when people walk around.
