Price.

Location, even taxi drivers could not find it. The address was meaningless. Rough area.

Good location and easy to access the place.

I booked the stay for 2 weeks but the toiletries, consumable items are not enough for 2 weeks. When I was first arrived, the apartment is dusty.

The studio is modern on outside and mostly equipped for a longer stay. Theoretically, It's like being at home.

Although there were just two of us, we had to sleep on the sleeping sofa, which was too short and very uncomfortable. Also there were no bed linen to cover. We had to use blankets instead. Simce we were sleeping in the living part of the apartment, the part upstairs remained unused. There were also ants but I guess this is normal in Papeete. For that price we've also expected warm water. On contrary, we had to shower with cold water. One thing we did not like are the very strict instructions that were full of threats about how much we have to pay if we break something or we use too much electricity. This was very annoying as there was a price for everything: cups, glasses, plates, dirty towels etc. This is not welcoming at all. We are travelling all the time, yet we never experienced something like that.
