La vie en rose flat

Rosa and Giovanni were the most wonderful hosts, they had thought of everything, and made sure that our holiday was a good one. There was plenty of information on the local area in the apartment, and the apartment was very well looked after. The provided bicycles (including children's seats and children's helmets) meant it was very easy to get around Sestri Levante without being reliant on the bus or a car.

Otroligt trevliga och hjälpsamma värdar, två mindre balkonger varav en inglasad, lätt och snabbt att promenera ner till stranden.

Rose nagyon segítőkész szállásadó. Rengeteg prospektus és még egy helyi recept is rendelkezésúnkre állt. A szemben lévő boltban mindennap friss halpiaccal várt és minden mást ia megtaláltunk az önellátáshoz. A strandra biciklive 7-8 perc alatt lejutottunk, amit a szállásadó biztosított. Gyalog 15-17 perc a part. A lakás tágas, mindennel felszerelt. A vasútállomás is 17 percre van gyalog, autóval pár perc. A lakás jó környéken van, a helyiekkel körülvéve és meg fagyizó is van az épület közvetlen közelében. Rose kedvessége, személyessége is sokat adott a helyhez.

Egyetlen dolgot kellett megszoknunk, a vonat és autó zajokat. Mivel mi nagyon csendes helyen lakunk, így feltűnö volt, de ezzel megküzdöttünk

The apartament was very spacious, clean, with everything needed inside, close to market and quite close to city centre and beach. All amenities. Rosa and her husband, two wonderful people.

Fantastisk värd, otroligt tillmötesgående och rar på alla sätt. Stor och bekväm lägenhet med allt du kan behöva. Det finns dessutom en stor butik på andra sidan vägen och närhet till pizzeria. Vi är väldigt nöjda och tacksamma för vår vistelse i La vie en rose flat.

Det var till viss del ganska lyhört mellan lägenheterna och från trapphuset. Ett relativt långt avstånd till stränderna men tack vare att vi fick låna cyklar från den fina värden så var det aldrig ett problem.

The apartment is very comfortable and well maintained (everything worked!). Rosa & Giovanni are a delightful couple and very helpful. There were bikes in the garage if we wanted to use them and they also supplied a beach umbrella. Highly recommended :)

I loved this town!!! We were able to explore in the day and relax in the apartment in the evening. We loved the local community and enjoyed the balcony and the ability to cook and live among the locals. We enjoyed the area, the beaches, the restuarants, the cafes and all the the beautiful shopping of a local community. The host Rose was the kindest most beautiful lady with the best recommendations and even shared her family recipes with us.

Roomy flat in the centre of Sestri Levante. The rooms are clean and tidy, there are two bathrooms and the kitchen has basic amenities. There's a lift in order to get to the second floor and there's free public parking on the back of the building. It takes about 15 minutes on foot to the beach. The owners went even the extra mile and organized child seats for the bikes.

The flat is old, acoustic isolation is lacking so that you can hear the railway even at night.

Superb. Firstly very nice hosts who were very kind and helpful. The apartment was very clean and spacious, 2 bathrooms was very practical. The kitchen is modern and well equipped and they provided some coffee, biscuits, cereal and water. The area around the apartment is lovely, a good supermarket just opposite and some other shops. Also a tasty pizza takeaway just next door. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The town of Sestri is also very nice. Again lots of bars and restaurants, but at the same time not just a tourist place. The apartment is a 15 minute walk to the old town/beach and also the railway station. So very convenient for a day trip by train to Cinque Terres villages, Portofino (train + bus), or even Pisa (1 hour 30 minutes approx). A great apartment, would definitely recommend as a comfortable base for exploring the area.
