"Fake listing."

Fake listing… the room pictures posted here is not the actual pictures We are unable to stay in this apartment due to its extremely poor and unacceptable condition. The room appears not to have been cleaned for a long time, and the actual condition is completely different from what was shown on Booking.com. There is a foul smell throughout the room, the door lock is broken, garbage and dust are on the tables, and the bedsheets appear unwashed. The place looks misrepresented, and it seems the agent/property owner/dealer does not take responsibility for maintaining the unit. As I talked to agent he said he can't do anything and asked me to complain to booking .com customer care. And booing.com customer care says that amout cant be refunded as the agent don’t agree. And i alredy show all the room pictures as evidence.. no support from booking.com
