The location, the ambience, the ease of use.

Sometimes a little noisy because of the doors in the communal areas and the ambulances and police seem to always use their sirens at the adjacent junction. The kettle didn't work!

A great space with everything I could ever need if I was to come back to Kidderminster for another holiday. Lots of up to date touches, utilities and quite warm and cosy during these colder months. It is in good walking distance from many handy places to get to.

The Bed could be quite uncomfortable at times, there is a section near middle of the bed where the straps holding the mattress had collapsed/broken leaving space for the mattress to sink into it. This made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep in, the bed frame could do with repairing or replacement. There was also a moth hanging from a cobweb in the corner upon arrival.

Friendly, comfortable accommodation.

The mattress is acceptable for a short stay. However, for longer stays, the mattress is no longer comfortable on the bed. Perhaps a replacement would further increase the comfort of the apartment.

The property is clean and well kept

Location was excellent. Near all the shops and a 2 min walk to canals.

The apartment was basic but comfortable. We only used it for bedtime, so not an issue.

Central location, quite well equipped, nice layout and responsive host. Good value for money, great for one night's stay.

The location is difficult to find as there's no clear road signs where the building resides. It's not exactly on a road, but standalone, next to a retail car park so we thought the sat nav had taken us to the wrong place. The host, however was helpful in guiding us where to go. There was only one mirror in the bathroom, above the sink. No long mirror or a mirror to sit down at, so difficult for ladies to check out their outfit or do their make up.
