Regalia Apartment B-3-1 Kota Samarahan

The homestay was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. It is located in a strategic location with easy access to nearby to education centre. The area is guarded, providing a safe and secure environment for guests. The owner was friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout our stay, making the experience even more enjoyable.

The access card panel at the main gate did not function properly for entry and may require maintenance or improvement.

The host is awesome. We arrived late around 11pm due to flight delay. He attended to us and hand over the apartment key and access parking card. Overall the apartment is beyond our expectation. The rooms are clean and fit my family. The apartment is equip with standard items for us to use and that makes it even better; cook maggi and wash clothes. If ever we visit Kuching in the future we will definitely consider to book this apartment again. We will also recommend this apartment to our friends and family.

the door to the patio, at the living room is not close by curtain or stickers. Could put a curtain for a better privacy as it can be seen from opposite apartment
