2BR Luxury Apartment Near DC & Airport

The location

Upon arriving around 5pm, we found out there is no parking. The property gave us an option to pay $38 per day! The front desk said it’s only $10. After getting settled in we found left over trash, no trash bags, not enough bath towels, no laundry soap, no paper towels, dirty kitchen towels. The shower curtains are stained yellow and stink like sour, both beds have dirty marks and evidence of hair and the floors had water stains in all the rooms. Since there was no laundry soap, we used dish soap to wash all our sheets. It was 2am before we got to bed! Of course this ruined our early plans for the next day. When we notified management, the cleaners only brought laundry soap, paper towels, to toilet paper. Day two the cleaning crew came, but only picked up the trash, still leaving one bag with empty wine bottles and other trash. AND THEY LEFT THE FRONT DOOR UNLOCKED!!! For the amount of money we paid, the experience was one of my worst! Booking did take care of us a little and the apartment manger refunded us a little for the cleaning fees, but for the amount of stress we went through, it wasn’t worth it.

Location is perfect for everything in the DC/Metro area. Unit is well furnished and the amenities are great!

Nothing really. The deadbolt could be a little finicky but not an issue.
