This place is a hidden gem! It's close to Sapa but feels way more real - you get the local vibe without the tourist crowds. The Vietnamese couple that runs the homestay are so sincere and inviting, we really felt at home. The location within Ta Van is also perfect, there's tons of high quality restaurants within 1-5 minutes of walking and a nice bakery next door. Many options as well if you need places to get some work done. The room's were clean and comfortable, great for crashing after a long day. The kitchen is open to use and there is a vegetable market within walking distance as well. The 2 bathroom facilities were clean and had everything provided. There's also laundry available if you need it done. I'm gonna miss waking up and seeing such a beautiful mountain backdrop, it's so quiet and serene. Scooter was provided right away and the hosts communicated everything very clearly. PS: They have a super cute french bulldog!
