Apartment is close to the beach and town centre

Lack of communication from owner, upon checking we had to go searching for the key as they didn't send any information about check in and receive no pin number to retrieve a key, they should have given us all information upon arrival in Loutraki, but when we arrived in the town they didn't reply for massages or phone calls and i have to go to hotel with the same name to ask about the key and check in, the stuff in the hotel was nice but i booked apartment not a hotel room and i didn't have any communication with owner during my stay only with a hotel which they didn't have to communicate with me. Apartment is very small and only suitable for one couple not for family, only one wardrobe for all apartment so being ready to share your wardrobe with other room. Facilities are very basic and Agora is a Real Estate company in loutraki, they don't care about clients as they have a lots of property there and they lack customers service

Renovated apartment, well equipped kitchen, prompt response from personnel managing the apartment. Very centrally located.

The apartement complex is very old and all common areas were very dirty. The balcony was also very dirty and could not be used. In addition the broom and cleaning equipment were stored at the dirty balcony making them impossible to use. We would also appreciate to have a basic cleaning service during a 4 night stay. Last, the beds' mattresses were of poor quality.
