Heritage Studio in UNESCO Zone near to StreetArt & Town 1

The location is very good, and it's very convenient to go anywhere. There is a great dessert shop and restaurant next to it. I recommend you to try it. There are two bathrooms and a refrigerator, microwave, iron, etc. In short, the facilities are very good. It exceeded my expectations.

Wifi, hawker stalls downstairs

- allocated the wrong studio. Steep stairs dangerous for kids - dirty bed linens, dusty at many places, very thin mattresses & comforters - super slippery bathroom floors (no warning notice given) - noisy back lane (Japanese restaurant)

Location was superb, it is in center of George Town and many cafes, armenian street, little India and can jetty were at walking distance. Another this I liked was water RO was available, throughout malaysia we had to buy drinking water in every hotel but here it was available which is a plus point.

AC remote stopped working so was not able to control AC temperature. Although staff was very helpful and replaced the battery but it still didn't worked. However all equipments were working.
