Banks Rooms - Minster, Isle of Sheppey

The room was cosy and comfy.

The breakfast was an extra cost and there was no choice other than a cooked breakfast.

It was lovely and welcoming,Georgette and the Restaurant team led by Mark were top notch.

nothing to dislike from our point of view

I was welcomed when i arrived. There was an issue with the television as it did n o t have access to BBC or ITV and upon asking this situation was addressed and rectified. The bed was comfortable and location excellent. It is very clean and it was a wonderful place to stay on the Isle of Sheppey. Overall all it was a good place to stay.

The room was not replenished of ordinary necessities like toilet paper. If I had of asked it would have been however at the time it was not possible and I had a personal supply to use for such situations. It lacked the simple extras like tissues and water for example. The bathroom light must have been on a timer as even when in the shower it plunged into darkness. in a minute or so the light came back on. There was no pre warning of this occurring. I forgot to ask for an explanation. The managers/owners were very nice however were not able to tell me where the nearest laundrette address. There was no information on the local area that was available in other similar style accommodations. It was about to change ownership/management which may have had an impact on attention to detail. Overall it was a great place.

Attentive and amenable hosts. Smart TV. Superb cooked breakfast. Parking close to property. Easy walking distance to coast.

Restaurant was n’t open on this occasion, but looked fab. Check-in time could have been a bit earlier.

Breakfast was fresh cooked and good quality produce used. Spotlessly clean. Whole house was beautifully done and it had excellent facilities. Superb location - very central on Sheppey and only 10 minutes walk from the beach. Free parking at the hotel. All excellent!
