Location was great. 5 -10 minute walk to the Totteridge & Whetstone tube station and High street (grocery store, drug store, etc.). Host was attentive to inquiry messages i.e., WIFI passwords.

Needed more towels and bedding. We used the same towels and bath mat for 4 days. Having instructions on how to log in for the TV and use of the washing machine would be very helpful for out of country guests.

Comfort, cleanliness, value, facilities all excellent. Fridge and Freezer were immaculate as was the bathroom.

More mirrors in the bedrooms. Information on heating, cooker etc could be useful, maybe in a folder. That’s not a dislike just being helpful. Maybe more towels. Information regarding the access could be better. Particularly as it was actually on the front door. We tried the codes inside the casing on the wall which was obviously wrong. It took us about 15 minutes to get access. Easy after that using the key fob inside the property 👍

Very clean, looked like had recently been refurbished, well equipped, comfortable,nice area, free parking, less than 10 mins walk to tube station on Northern Line direct to London centre. Very prompt and polite responses from host when required.

Not actually dislikes but struggled a little finding the actual location property and also accessing the property.
