everything old, worn, dirty, bathroom madness, air conditioner not working, extremely dirty! On one word shoked!😡🤬🤯

During the payment, the change that the lady gave me was the OLD money that can't be used anymore! When I asked her why the color was different, she said because it's NEW. I was tired and didn't check the date on it. After I checked out and tried using the money in a store, it wouldn't be accepted since it's out of use and dated 1998 Why lie about it to customers 🙈 I tried returning it back to the hotel, but no one was there, only an old lady. No reply to the WA call either

Nothing to dislike

One good thing about this property is the location, as it it close to the centre of the town. The second thing is that the room had air conditioning.

The property was not hygienic at all, full of dirt everywhere. The paved walkway around the property was cleaner than the room. We booked for a double room, being 3 of us. We offered a room with only one bed. One of us slept on the mattress on the floor for 8 nights. Staff doesn’t speak English and it’s almost impossible to communicate.

Beautiful, quiet, and filled with greenery. The room is more spacious than rooms at similar price and there is balcony to enjoy outdoor view. The location is close to tourist attractions and restaurants.

There is no place to park vehicles and cash only.

Excellent location, very close walk from the main area of Ubud. Hosts were also friendly and accommodated for our late check-in time.

It wasn’t particularly comfortable - the bed wasn’t very soft, the bathroom had a leak, the AC wasn’t great and the room smelt bad. However you definitely get what you pay for, and for the amount of money we paid, this was expected.

Beautiful lush garden setting around the property, staff was quick and helpful when answering queries digitally. Bed was comfortable and room felt private. Working air conditioner.

We lacked racks and shelves, especially in the bathroom. The bathroom door’s plywood covering was peeling off and halfway fallen off. Additionally, we got the feeling that the bathroom hadn’t been properly cleaned as we found long hairs on the bathroom floor. Lastly, if you don’t have a scooter, the property is a 10-15 minute walk up from the main street.
