Loved the views from the room selected. Rooms were nice and clean and inviting.

The staff were not very inviting no smiles . Even thou I had a confirmed and paid booking I was told I won't be able to enter without both mine and my husband's ID cards... We were told we can come and go however apon returning from a evening out we were told that the parking was full and needed to find other parking outside which I found very bad service as we were paid booked guest and should've had the parking space for the duration of our stay, they mentioned that it was a first come first serve basis... When we confronted the staff at the front desk they got angry and eventually found us a parking but proceeded to bad mouth us as the guests because we refused to park outside....the physical hotel is charming in itself.

Convenient location and safe, onsite parking. Friendly, helpful staff and the upgrade to a room where the WiFi actually worked.

For the life of me I couldn't figure out the AC! Either too warm or too cold or, if set too quiet, not enough oxygen. I got only about 3 hours of sleep because of this. The bathroom and bedroom sharing the same four walls ought to be very clearly stated to avoid disappointment.
