Deluxe Downtown Residence 3 Bed 3 Bath

Lots of things around close like supermarket food options and free parking space. And we all had our own bathroom

Beds were terrible and hard so we didnt sleep well and lots of street noise being on a main road. And for a 3 bedroom place and only a 2 seater couch there wasnt room to all sit comfortably to watch a movie. And didnt like the pola fleece towls. And no flannels or bathmats

The property was clean, it had a washing machine which was great for our family of 4. The city was about 4mins drive away. There was a Woolworths supermarket down the road for us to get supplies. It was a very comfortable stay for us.

Our apartment was in the front of a busy road so we can hear the traffic. It can get a bit noisy sometimes.

The property was in an okay location and walking distance to some good restaurants.

The property has a lot of wear and tear and was not as clean as we would have hoped. Also get a lot of road noise and not much ventilation in rooms.

The property facility has met my expectations

Bigger bed ( double/ queen size), internet was not working even after entering the correct password the message was ‘ not connected with the internet.

It was a clean and good space.

There was nobiron which we can find to urin our clothes so that was a disappointment

The entire house was uncleaned, routine maintenance was lacking, and the exterior was lined with dead trees.

Great location with supermarket and fast food close by and just a short uber ride to the central city. 3 bedroom/3 bathroom was great to give us all some privacy. Small living area so if 6 people were staying would be a bit cramped if you were planning to stay in a lot but if 3 singles or if just planning to have a place to sleep would be perfect. Was good to have a carpark.

Beds were a little firm for my liking but if you like a firm bed you’d be pleased. The towels supplied in two of the bedrooms were unusual as they were a fleece microfibre type of towel and not at all what we were used to or expecting.

Good location, had 3 bedrooms with 3 beds which is rear to find in a lot pf places. each room had a heater and spare blankets which was helpful when it got pretty cold.

The bed was super hard for my liking the others didn't mind it tho, wifi kept cutting out as well. car parking was a little tight i feel that if i had a bigger car it wouldn't have fitted.
