GBLocation and parking was great. The space was lovely.
There's many stairs and the living area is on a separate level from the kitchen and toilet, this makes it particularly tricky with toddlers so was not suitable. Also the internal front door did not lock from the inside and the blinds on the top floor(also called 3rd bedroom) were broken.
GBIt was a nice big flat with 3 bedrooms in a pretty, residential location. It was really nice to have a washer and dryer.
The flat has free street parking and when we arrived at 6:30 on a Friday it was difficult to find a spot. The rest of the days we were able to find a spot down the street easily. The flats are not labeled, and we didn’t know which one it was (It's the one at the top of the stairs on the left not right). It is 33 stairs just to the main floor of the flat which has the kitchen and 2 bedrooms and bathroom. The living room/dining room is up another flight of stairs and the third “bedroom” is the living room too. There is a double bed in the living room. The kitchen is downstairs but the only table and chairs are upstairs which is very inconvenient. When we arrived there was only a half a roll of toilet roll for 4 people for 3 nights. The staff brought another roll the next day but we had already had to go out to get our own. There is no travel cot as in the description. There is only an infant bassinet. The wifi wasn't working until I discovered it hours later not plugged in. The most serious concern was how difficult it was to lock/unlock the door to the flat from the inside. It is difficult to lock the door at night, and difficult to unlock in the morning. So difficult that we had to go out the fire escape one morning to get out and unlock it from the outside. I wouldn't recommend this flat if you have young children or if you have mobility issues. It would be fine for standard adults.
GB5 of us here all reported beds comfy an clean - nice clean and tidy bedrooms - good cooking facilities just no-where to sit down and eat !
No table and only one chair - no-where to sit down and eat together. Could have done with a small bedside cabinet or table both sides of the beds. Loved the building but not the flights of stairs.

GBLocation was perfect Good access using key pad. Kitchen well equipped and mattresses were comfortable.
Too many stairs with no warning in description for less mobile people like myself. The bathroom is in desperate need of updating, carpet and sofas in lounge/ 3rd bedroom are stained. Heating kept switching itself off hence we were cold. Only mirror is in bathroom. Shower difficult to switch on and off.
GBEverything. Exceptionally spotless. Very spacious. Comfy beds. Very quiet and huge wardrobes.
GBLiked the location, easy to communicate with owner, overall the flat was decent.
Internet was not great (not broadband), bath grouting needed repairs, broken window occurred before we arrived, sink had an overflow hole but no pipe so the water went into cupboard underneath
GBThe property was spacious, bright & generally quite clean. It wasn’t too far to walk to the town centre.
Quite a few stairs so not too good for anyone with mobility problems. There were a few stains on the settee & stairs carpet. A mirror in the bedrooms would have been nice as it would have been easier to get ready.
