This was a nice home base for our trip to the Jane Austen Festival. The host is fantastic and super easy to chat with. Replies quick whenever we had questions about parking and internet issues. The house itself is cosy and has standard amenities. Comfy beds. Patio is helpful because our dresses got wet from the rain and we could hang our clothes out to dry. The included parking is a lifesaver. It's about a ten minute walk to the centre so the location is ideal. My family and I had a great time and would recommend staying here.

The bathroom is on the smaller side so it gets a bit splashy, but still manageable. Tiny suggestion would be to have some sugar and milk packets for the complimentary tea and coffee.
