"Great "villa" hotel"

location between the airport and city center. very big room in a renovated villa. room was very clean. private car parking. good restaurant nearby as well at the hotel itself. very friendly staff.

I had another reservation confirmed in Foggia at a different property. Hours prior to my arrival, I was informed by that property that the property was double booked and would not be available... the staff at the Residence Romano was very accommodating and got me into a room last minute!

The price for new accommodations arrangement at the Residence Romano was 54 Euro more than my previous reservation at the other property... this is no fault of the Residence Romano and I wish to thank them again for the last minute accommodations. I am merely pointing this out because customer service at Booking.com told me I would be compensated for the price change and wanted to mention it in comments to document the occurrence

"My worst experience with booking"

Description from add was false. Balkon wasn available, dishwash and coffe machine dont exist! Tovels are changed after 2 sometime after 3 days! Keys arent so reliable and spare keys are placed on very unsecure place!!! And more.....

Stuff dont speak any foriginer langue and when I complain about flows they were rude. Also they didnt want to make any compesation. On teras was death bird. Forgen on city view
