Spacious.

The property wasn’t ready at the time we agreed. The host messaged to tell us only 15 mins before we were due to arrive. We had to wait an hour to gain access. Thankfully it wasn’t raining so we could sit in the courtyard garden. The cleaner was very apologetic.

The house was very well appointed and comfortable.

It could have been beneficial to have some cleaning products at the house for the bathroom and the kitchen sink. We wanted to clean the place before we left but didn’t have the materials. We did the best we could to leave the place clean and tidy for you.

Comfortable, quiet location, lovely decor, ample toiletries.

Not enough glasses in the kitchen, there was a snag on the worktop corner, my daughter got a nasty scrape. Windows didnt open (but there was a fan unit). Shame that the windows were frosted so no view of the garden.

Dorset lodge had everything needed for our stay. Quiet location, right next to a lovely park, also within walking distance of plenty of shops, bars & restaurants in the centre of Cheltenham.

The location and kitchen equipment

The second bathroom was freezing cold and there was insufficient toilet paper.

The apartment was immaculate. It was comfortable and had every thing we needed for our stay.

Nothing really.

Great beds, very comfortable. Excellent decor and cleanliness. Very quiet too! Just five minutes walk there is a kiosk in the park serving coffee etc, so we had our breakfast there.
