Bright, Warm & Cozy house in Harpurhey

Staff were very prompt with messaging and in regards to check in time.

Wasn’t the cleanest at all. Kitchen was very dirty. Right down to the knifes and forks in the drawers. WiFi didn’t work. Rest of the house was ok. Was nice to come back to though after been out in busy Manchester. And it was a place to lay our heads down before a long drive back home.

No había sofá cama en el salon y la cama pequeña de la habitación está rota, te undes al tumbarte, no había vasos para agua o vino, ni ollas y los aseos no estaban bien limpios

Very spacious

I like the services. Many things were provided, such as iron, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, detergent, etc Good communication, too.

The entrance doesn't look great. The base of one of the beds has fallen apart. Mattress was almost down from the bed. All my body ached as a result of that. The base really needs to be changed immediately.

The environment and apartment was nice and clean

Absolutely nothing, everything was alright

Aunque la ubicación no es la mejor, se llegaba con facilidad.

El apartamento estaba lleno de polvo y la mesa del salón, sucia (con trozos de comida). La ducha estaba sucia. 2 de las camas estaban hundidas.
