The apartment is lovely and all 3 bedrooms are of a good size, with plenty of wardrobes. Having 2 separate bathrooms was useful (there were 3 of us) and the showers were great. The air con, wii fii, tv, jacuzzi, washing machine etc all work very well too. There was no street noise at night and for us, it was just the right distance from Split centre (about 30 minute walk). We found several small supermarkets within 10-15 minute walk with a good selection of groceries for our stay. There are some nice bars in the marina to have a drink and watch the super yachts and great places to eat like Konoba Fratelli & Buffet Fife which are located just before you get to Split Riva. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend.

The property is reached on foot from Split centre by climbing a number of steps. Thankfully we are reasonably healthy and mobile. In thirty degree plus heat this can be tiring and not suitable for the elderly or those who get out of breath easily. The pre-arranged airport taxi dropped us off at the rear of the property. There are mutiple flights of steps to walk down if you are accessing the property from the top of the hill which is not ideal n the afternoon heat when you have a lot of luggage. It is easier to walk up the steps from the front of the property. The only other comments are not complaints but suggestions: 1) if you have full capacity in the apartment and you are staying for a week, more hangers in the wardrobes are needed. Fortunately I had brought some hangers. 2) There are plenty of glasses, cups and crockery but only 2 sharp knives. 3) There are only 2 wooden chopping boards. I would like to see a board for preparing meat and a board for preparing vegetables.

Such a beautiful property in an ideal location! From the very beginning when I asked for welcome champagne for my family and the staff told me it wouldn’t be possible (for valid reasons) the owner himself brought us champagne and chocolates. And whatever minor issue (extra linens, an out light) we had the agency QUICKLY and kindly responded and corrected. About 15 minute walk downhill to the city center, super close to multiple grocery stores. Loved the hot tub and the huge windows. The beds were super comfy, the apartment was modern and beautiful. The two main bedrooms have tvs and all 3 rooms have a/c units as well as throughout the apartment. It does take multiple flights of stairs to access the apartment from the street and entrance, so keep that in mind. Oh and the owner even brought us a farewell bottle to make up for the minor issues we had! Don’t hesitate just book it! Love love!

We travel a lot and this is by far the best place we have stayed. Its a huge apartment, recently renovated and modern. It as 4 air conditioning, 3 bedrooms, 2 full lavatory, a private gym, a sauna, a shower and spa on the balcony with a view on the Adriatic sea. Its 5 minutes walking distance from 2 groceries store and 18 minute from Split port attractions. Internet worked flawlessly and the huge TV is Netflix enabled. There are TVs in both main bedroom. Its all concrete so its a nice and quiet environment. We would return any time. Highly recommended.

Great accomodation and perfect location to explore Split. Near the harbor, beaches and the old town. Spacious rooms with al the comfort needed. The jaccuzi was a very nice and refreshing extra. Were also very happy with the host who responded very quickly when we had any questions or issues. Would defenitely recommend this place for a nice getaway.

From the moment we arrived, we was impressed by the cleanliness and meticulous organization of the space. Each room was spotless and well-maintained, which made our stay extremely comfortable and relaxing. One of the standout features was the air conditioning units in every room. The climate control allowed for a perfect temperature throughout my stay, regardless of the weather outside. This small but significant detail added greatly to the overall comfort and enjoyment of my visit. Location was ideal, situated in a convenient and accessible area. It was easy to get around and explore the local attractions, which added to the overall experience. Service was top-notch. The staff were incredibly quick and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Their friendliness and willingness to assist with any queries made me feel valued and well taken care of. Sauna was a delightful surprise. Even though the temperature outside was a scorching 37 degrees, the 75-degree sauna worked perfectly. It was a wonderful way to relax, showcasing the exceptional quality and thoughtfulness of the amenities. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay. The excellent service and thoughtful amenities made it a memorable experience.
