The apartment was gorgeous, well finished and modern. It was in a great location, 4-minute walk into the old town main square. Tihomir was very attentive, very quick responses and the apartment was kept well maintained.

Perfect location, modern and beautifully presented rooms. Great kitchenette and our bath towels were replaced on a daily basis.

Didn’t like the undersized top sheet on the bed, although the bed was comfortable. The bedding should have a duvet.

We had an excellent stay at the apartment in Split. Communication with the owner was outstanding — they responded quickly and were very accommodating. Although the official check-in time was 15:00, we were kindly allowed to check in earlier, which we truly appreciated. The apartment itself was fantastic: spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a perfect stay. We couldn’t have asked for more and would gladly come back. Highly recommended!

Luxury in the middle of Split. Great location and the room was fantastic. Great facilities but the real benefit of this property was the location. Owners of the property were brilliant and responsive to our needs, always on hand to answer any questions. Would recommend this property to anyone.

Very difficult to find - would suggest better directions to get to the property.

Wonderful host Tihomir messaged us in advance to connect before our arrival to make sure we knew how to enter etc. then he messaged us the morning of our arrival to let us know our room would be ready early for check in. The room was beautifully and newly renovated. Very comfortable bed. Great shower head. Great location in old town. Really couldn’t ask for better value for money.

Perfect location, a few minutes’ walk to Diocletians Palace. The room is equipped with high-end appliances and gives a luxurious feeling. The host was also really helpful in addressing my questions. I really enjoyed my stay there.

First night I was sleeping without a blanket because I didn’t know they were in the closet instead of on the bed. Maybe good to inform the guests a bit earlier.

Beautiful property with high quality finish throughout. Great location and was quiet and dark when shutters closed. Timohir looked after our stay and was very pleasant and helpful throughout.

Small issue with shower drainage but host was very helpful. I’d prefer a lightweight duvet to just sheets on bed but found blankets on day 2 which helped!

A little difficulty finding the correct door to use and a climb with luggage.
