Flott hotell med god mat og fine rom.

Det var lekkasje under vasken på badet på rommet vårt. Min mann måtte betale 399kr for å sitte inne i SPA-avdelingen. Han hadde skadet seg under løpet, og hverken hotellet eller røde kors hadde plaster for å dekke til sårene slik at han kunne bade. Det at han ikke fikk kansellert sin time eller kunne få inngang til redusert pris syntes vi var underlig, når hendelsen hadde skjedd for noen timer siden og i forbindelse med et arrangement hotellet var involvert i. Her bør man bruke litt skjønn tenker jeg, selv om det er 24 t avbestillingsfrist for opphold i SPA-avdelingen.
