"As an architecture student group, it was amazing."

The enviroment of the building. More toward raw finishing which is quite Nice. The natural lighting was amazing too. The privacy is Nice too.
Maybe can improve by adding a bit of (wangi) perfume to the room due to the smell from the finishes of the building such as the concrete and brick.

"Good location but need to fix the basics"

1. Location is awesome. 10/10. 2. Cleaning team reacted within 2 hours after we reported a Dead Bird with feathers all over in the room
1. Cleanliness - Lizards/Cockcroach/Dead Bird with tons of feathers on bed. Some bed sheet has stains. 2. Raining - water leakage from the roof (minor) 3. Water pressure - Shower in the morning takes a long time as the amount of water supply is really bad. Just imagine I'm a guy with short hair and I need 3 minutes to gather enough water so that I can rinse off my shampoo. 4. No rubbish bag, need to buy ourselves. 5. Whole of level 1 just 1 small aircon right at entrance to cool the house.
