Stunning location.

I liked everything about the property.

Location is great. Closer to Seapoint Pavillion and safer neighborhoods

The couch in the bedroom is too old and the aircon in the bedroom was not working

It’s located right beside everything, spar, checkers, restaurants

Being right across the street from the grocery store and near three coffee shops. Being one block from the beach and the walking path. Comfortable bed. The lovely outdoor patio space. Washer/dryer. Being able to extend my stay by a day.

Low water pressure in the kitchen. No dish towel, soap, or sponge for the dishes. The shower leaked toward the door a bit depending on the angle. The elevator wasn't working. The stove was sometimes difficult to start.

Perfect location with clean property and easy check in. Thank you!

I can't understand why we could not park the car I'm the basement Struggle with parking and had to pay for it.

It was a neat clean apartment.

Really struggle with communication. Left messages on Booking.com & both the cell numbers provided. I called the numbers, nobody answered/press the red button. Charging R1000 per 15 min late check out fee is ridiculous even when arrangements were made. Struggle getting luggage across busy road to apartment. Not ideal to stay there with large amount of luggage(self catering) because you need to carry a lot of stuff over the busy road to the second floor.
