Heritage Studio in UNESCO Zone near to StreetArt & Town 2

We had a wonderful stay in Georgetown, and this apartment was the perfect base for our activities. The hosts are extremely friendly and welcoming. Espacially the children felt very comfortable. Thank you for the lovely experience.

The beds could be a bit more comfortable. New mattresses would be a good idea.

This was a perfect setup for our family to spend a few days in Georgetown.

La struttura è pulita, fornita del necessario. Il frigo ottimo per le nostre necessità. I due bagni sono un lusso. I letti sono piaciuti tantissimo alle nostre bimbe. Asciugamani due per ogni letto quindi ottimo visto che noi siamo stai 3 notti. Cuscini comodi e davvero tutto spazioso. Ottima posizione per il centro città. Comunicazione self check in e self check out puntuale e precisa.

Come aveva scritto qualcuno forse ci vorrebbe una rinfrescata alle pareti ma nulla che compromette l’ottimo stare in questo appartamento! Noi avevamo un po di valigie e un passeggino il chè ha reso difficile il salire la rampa di scale e lo stretto passaggio per entrare sul retro, ma tutto ripagato dalla ottimo posto. In ultimo questione karaoke, devo dire che noi siamo stati dal mercoledì al sabato e di mercoledì non c’era. Giovedì e venerdì sera in effetti hanno cantato fino alle 23.30 ma a noi non ha dato alcun tipo di problema nonostante abbiamo il sonno leggero e poi basta guardarlo per capire che è un locale di ritrovo della comunità (soprattutto per persone più agés) quindi per noi è stato carino ritrovarli tutte le sere.

Cozy, convenient and comfortable stay.

The mattress of one of the double beds have sunken in, which felt a little uncomfortable. Perhaps it’s time to change into a new one.

The location is excellent for visiting the heart of Penang's Old Town. The room has all the basics for a short stay. And the host was very kind and considerate, messaging after the first night to ensure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. There are 2 complete bathrooms on site, so there shouldn't ever be a line-up for the facilities.

The space is in strong need of a refresh - even a coat of paint would go a LONG way to making it feel very different, as the walls are very stained and scratched. The beds are short for tall people, so we were sleeping diagonally to be comfortable. There are dishes and cutlery, but no dish soap, sponge, or drying rack to clean them is provided, so we did our best to wash these by hand in the small bathroom sinks with the provided body wash - which means this is what the last guests did too, so be aware that that's what you'll be drinking and eating from/on. If the neighbours downstairs are loud (and don't respect the 23h-7h 'quiet' rule) as our were, you will hear them quite clearly.
