USUSThe room was clean, comfortable and very updated. It was also extremely easy to get our room key. Based on a previous review, I was expecting a lot of noise and partying for the college kids. I did not experience that at all. There were also no problems finding a parking spot whenever we returned to the room.
I wish they had a portable fan. Let me state that this is very minor discomfort. This will not deter me from staying here again

Extremely poor customer service from the property. Multiple shortcomings: 1. Induction hob was not working when I first moved in. Maintenance guy came after 4 days and did a reset on the hob. Started to work but inadequate pots/pans to be used. The pots provided tool very long to heat up. Evidently, it's very poor quality. The property supposed to provided a new set of pots/pans but this never materialised. 2. The TV provided in the living room (Hisense) was so old that it keeps switching off every couple of minutes. Although it is a smart TV, unable to use any of streaming services. Maintenance guy agreed that the TV NEEDS CHANGING BUT NEVER HEARD ANYTHING FROM THE PROPERTY OWNERS SINCE THEN!!! Super frustrating as I was stayed in this miserable place for 20 odd nights. 3. The heater was inadequate and did not quite heat up the place. 4. The water pressure for the shower was miserable. The hot water keeps going cold every couple of minutes. Good luck to anyone who decides to stay here after me. You're in for quite a treat 🕺 in the shower !! 5. Iron provided without an ironing board. I don't expect the property to assume people to iron on the desk and destroy it!! Did complain about this and never heard anything back from their end. 6. PARKING!!! IT'S NOT AS ADVERTISED! YOU HAVE TO FIGHT IT OUT WITH THE OTHER RESIDENTS TO GET A PARKING SPACE! 7. The hallmark of this place is that you get teenagers knocking on your door, smoking weed and also trying to steal the bikes at the rear end of the property! All in all, I would definitely not stay here again and don't expect anyone to do so even it is for FREE! The owner should improve the condition of this place and also look into improving the customer service support provided! It's extremely poor! I have made a formal complaint with Booking.com and I hope to hear back from Booking.com in a timely manner! I'm very surprised to see this property still being advertised on...
