WOOD STORY - Modern 1BR Apt near city center with parking

I like the easiness of the check-in and check-out, it went smooth, even though we arrived late in the night, because of the flight delay. I also liked that the Host offered cleaning services at no cost, after one week, together with the change of bedsheets and towels.

The windows curtains were damaged in the bedroom, making it very difficult to sleep during the night, as the street light from the complex was lighting the room. I have talked to the Host to act on it, but in the end I have simply hanged a scarf to blind the windows (the Host explained me it was a fire in the room and the curtains were damaged). I have asked for extra pillows, as I have travelled with my 5y old son and he could fall from the bed, but the Host could not provide additional pillows, which was a huge inconvenient for me. The Host offered a inflatable matrass to place it near the bed, which I have accepted it, but it took a while to receive it. I have bought extra pillows, I had to. And lastly, the day before departure I got locked into the apartment, the exit door from the apartment blocked, it was impossible to open it from inside. The Host explained me that it is not the first time happening so, he could not help me, as he was far away. He gave me two options, one to ask someone, randomly (as the apartment is at ground floor), to come and open from the outside or to wait, until the Host will call a technician to come and unlock the door. Honestly, it was kind of scary.

Safe and easily accessible off-street parking. The host is very helpful and communicative and the apartment is perfectly clean and a good size for 2 people. The bed is super comfy, there is a big balcony and the location is in a peaceful area slightly away from the main street with lots of green spaces and felt very safe (children playing outside etc). I would definitely recommend this place to anybody.

Everything was fine.

The entire flat just made our stay nice. There is some equipment in the kitchen, so you can fix a small meal. The bathroom has a big walk-in shower and a washing machine, which is perfect if you're staying for a longer time. There is designated parking space in the underground parking directly under the building. Flat has got a big balcony, and both rooms have tvs in them. There is a hairdryer, and that was a massive plus for me personally. Also the flat is equipped with hoover. Bed is spacious and comfortable. Overall, it was a great stay, and we will definitely return. Also, the location is fantastic with good links to the city centre and access to shops and local market at Obor.

The bathroom was not very clean when we arrived, especially the shower, but that might have just been overlooked. There was a lot of pet hair on the quilt covering the bed, and I totally get that this is a pet friendly accommodation, but this might need extra care when valeting the flat after guest with pets have left. Finally, something that would make my life much easier would be to have iron available for the guests. Other than that, everything was great, and I want to stress that all I have listed above in this section has nothing had a massively negative impact on our stay. It is more as a suggestion for the host, what could be improved. The place is great and I would recommend it to anyone.

The apartment was clean and spacious as it looks in the pictures. It is inside a well-maintained residential block of apartments. The location is not in the centre, but you can reach it easily with public transport. The host was responsive and friendly and they offered me an early check-in. The best part was that there are 2 big smart TVs in the apartment, one in the living room and one in the bedroom.

Even though I rate 10/10, it is missing some important things. There is no oven, microwave or coffee machine. Also, there was no shower gel and shampoo or extra gabbage bags. Also, I stayed in the apartment for 12 days but they left only 2 toilet paper rolls.

Availability of a private parking space. Convenient transport infrastructure in the area. Quiet, new residential complex. Availability of air conditioners in 2 rooms. There is enough equipment in the kitchen.

The washing machine was broken. The floor, coffee table and couch were a bit dirty. I wanted to have a coffee maker in the kitchen, at least the simplest one
