Host Wise - Terrace & Ocean View Flat

Our stay at this apartment was extremely disappointing and we ended up leaving early because the conditions were simply unacceptable for a family. From the moment we arrived, there were several serious issues: • One of the beds was mouldy and had a strong, unpleasant smell. • The wardrobe was also mouldy. • The hob was not working, meaning we were unable to cook meals as expected. • There were cockroaches running around the bedrooms. The cockroach problem was particularly upsetting as it made our children uncomfortable and scared to sleep in the apartment. Due to these issues, we had no choice but to leave before the end of our booking, and pay for alternative accommodation at additional expense. What made the situation even more disappointing was the lack of responsibility afterwards. Despite reporting the problems and leaving early because the apartment was not fit for a comfortable stay, no refund was offered for the unused nights. The apartment did not meet reasonable cleanliness or living standards, and our experience was far from what was advertised. I would not recommend this property and would strongly advise future guests to consider other accommodation options

Sea view and location are perfect.

Killed a giant coakorach in the bathroom (well, ok, it occurs), but after a week of staying with a 1 year old baby we found mouse droppings on the floor in the bedroom we were sleeping right next to the bed (well and heard them in the mornings). Immediately contacted the host. Cleaning team came and just cleaned the floors. No more measures were taken. Felt disgusting staying after that. Also, don’t know if it is mice related, but there were a certain urine smell (could be mice, tho), after long day without opening the windows. Uncomfortable, super small double bed. Slept on single beds pushed together. Humidity all over the place, sheets felt damp, sofa and the pillows in the living room were moldy. There is a night club/bar right next to the apartments, music coming from it didn’t bother us at all, but there were lots of shouting in the middle of the night coming from the guests of the night club, who were outside.
