Hoi An Ti Hon House

I had a wonderful time here- the owner is super welcoming and helpful. The house is very tasteful and the rooms are lovely, comfy, well equipped and refurbished to a very high standard. Kettle, decent fridge, good shower, etc. Mine had a nice balcony with sofa overlooking palm trees, with glimpses of the river beyond. I like the area it was in, in a quiet residential alleyway, and 10 mins walk down a road full of shops and cafes to get to Hoi An old town. I was solo and felt very safe. The hotel got me a basic rental bike at very low cost, and it was great to get into town - by cycling along the nearby river road (very light traffic), and I loved exploring the paddy fields and villages round about by bike. The hotel also did laundry and arranged excellent airport cars- same price as Grab. All fantastic and excellent value! Thank you!

The staff are amazing, the room design is incredible I’d like the same design at my home! Breakfasts were huge and very tasty. So friendly and welcoming I would recommend this place to anyone

It’s a beautifully designed place and a joy to stay at. The owner was incredibly helpful and genuine and easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. She went out of her way to ensure our stay was superb and seamlessly arranged taxis and trips. The rooms are lovely, ours was beautifully light with a balcony overlooking a large green field area. The breakfasts were delicious, passion fruit juice to die for and cooked to order or they would take you out for breakfast at a local speciality cafe if you preferred. The facial was superb and excellent value and all trips and taxis arranged seamlessly.

It’s a short walk to town along a busy road. There was a cockerel next door but that didn’t bother us.

Thank you for this site. Place to relax, everything is beautiful, clean, they take care of every detail. My room was perfect, with a balcony where you could see the sunrise and the sunset. They have a beautiful pool and a spa area where you can get massages and beauty treatments. There are two wonderful women who are waiting for you for any need. They have a great breakfast and a la carte! The location is perfect, a quiet area but at the same time you are next to the old town. I recommend it without hesitation, thank you for giving me the best accommodation I could receive...

All was perfect

The host is so lovely and helpful. She helped us to book cooking class, yoga, bike rental and onward travel tickets via taxi and bus. The breakfast each morning was delicious including fresh fruits each morning and on arrival. The rooms were clean and the interiors were lovely. It's just a short walk into the old town and lots of nice coffee shops a stones throw away. The dinner recommendations she provided were excellent. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous rooms and ambiance, great location, rural outlook at the rear but only about 20 mins walk to old town. We hired bikes for our last day and really wished we’d had them for every day as we could zip about quicker then cars. We cycled to the beach in about 20 mins. The host is so helpful and really goes out of her way to make your stay easier with lots of recommendations, booking activities and taxis at great prices - for example she made sure our coconut boat trip was a quieter version than the tour groups offer. The breakfast is great and the mangoes were the sweetest we’ve had in se asia.

Everything was great - just be prepared for a bit of normal noise as it’s rural so there are cockerels and several dogs, we didn’t notice them after the first day but the owners provide ear plugs just in case

The house is very nice and the owner also. We stayed there during the Trami Typhoon and the hote was very kind and caring. I highly recommend it also because of the confort of the beds and rooms.

Our family of 7 loved everything about this property. The owners of the property were amazing and went and above and beyond with their care and generosity. My son was sick for a couple of days during our stay and they helped him out. The location was perfect. Just a short walk from the main part of town (9 minutes) and an even shorter taxi ride. The home is quietly tucked away from the main road which made it quite peaceful. The rooms were big and very clean. The pool was great and was a hit with the kids. Each morning the property owners give you the choice to have breakfast in the accommodation or go out with them to local restaurants. Eating out with the owners was an absolute highlight. We cannot speak highly enough not this accommodation and would definitely recommend this place.

I am not exaggerating when I say that this place is incredible! The beautiful interior would have made the stay memorable on its own, but then Hiens amazing hospitality ensured that it was so special and unforgettable. The room is lovely: all the modern touches needed whilst still retaining an authentic feel with beautiful vintage furniture. The view from our shower over the fields was wonderful! We loved it so much that we decided to extend our stay another day. This meant that we were able to make use of the mini spa that is set up at the back of the property. The massage was amazing, and in a beautiful setting. On one day we had breakfast with the hosts at a local vegetarian Pho place which was a real highlight. It was great to be shown the culture and food by people who are from here! They both are so lovely and were great to chat to. I can’t recommend this place enough - my praises for them are high! If I’m ever back in Hoi An I’ll be sure to get in contact with this lovely couple. Thank you both!

There was nothing we didn’t like. The place is great! Close enough to the centre of Hoi A whilst still having a slice of the countryside.
