Hien was an exceptional host who went above and beyond to ensure that we had a relaxing and enjoyable time. It was a great combination of immersing into the local culture whilst also having a lot of downtime to enjoy being on holiday. The facilities were immaculate and the food was lovely. We would highly recommend Hoi An Ti Hon House to anyone travelling to the Hoi An area. You will be overwhelmed by the beauty and the kindness.

Really clean, good rooms, great facilities!

The host was super helpful and took great care of us. Property was clean and we even had spa arranged at the villa.

The villa does not have a lift so we had to carry the luggage up the stairs and the hotel is in a small lane hence transport access is restricted. Apart from that we had a great experience and once again cannot highlight enough how helpful and nice the host was

Hemos pasado unos días increíbles en este hotel. Desde que llegamos nos sentimos como en casa: el personal es súper amable, siempre pendiente y con una sonrisa. La habitación estaba impecable, muy cómoda y con detalles que marcan la diferencia. Nos dio una habitación superior a la que teníamos, una maravilla. Las instalaciones invitan a relajarse y disfrutar, y la comida… ¡una maravilla! Todo fresco, variado y riquísimo. Lo que más nos ha gustado es que todo el equipo hace que la experiencia sea especial, cuidando hasta los pequeños detalles. Ha sido un verdadero sueño y sin duda queremos volver. Muy recomendable. La piscina interior con la parte de la terraza es inmejorable. Hien ha sido como una madre, atenta, servicial y encantadora. Volveremos 🫶🏽

There was amazing place. Good location,estate always clean ,interior,breakfast and nice staffs and more and more .they’re very helpful and friendly .The massage in my room was her idea was fantastic. One of the places I want to visit again in my life.

If I had to say,it's an open estate, so there are few insects.but never found in my room.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel. Our room was spacious and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The beds were incredibly cozy, ensuring restful nights, and the bathroom was both large and modern, definitely a highlight. The staff went above and beyond with their warm hospitality; they even helped us book tickets for the Memories show, which made our experience all the more special. The pool area was beautiful and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. What we loved most was the intimate feel of this small hotel—there were very few other guests, so it felt peaceful and private. Plus, the included breakfasts were delicious and a great way to start each day. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet, and welcoming place to stay!

While our stay was overall excellent, there were a few minor areas for improvement. The bathroom, though modern and spacious, didn’t have a shower screen, which caused water to splash and leave the floor quite wet after each use. Additionally, the hotel is located down a very narrow street, which made it a bit tricky for cars or taxis to pick us up directly at the entrance. The location itself was peaceful and away from the busy streets, which we appreciated, but it did require a 15–20 minute walk to reach the main areas. That said, this was easily managed by arranging a Grab when we preferred not to walk.

TOUT, le calme, l’accueil chaleureux (toujours au ptit soin pour nous rendre service, l’hôtel tellement agréable, propre, un ptit chez soi où on enlève ses chaussures avant d’entrer. Bien situé, 10mn du pont japonais (le centre) un vrai paradis, un havre de paix au milieu de l’effervescence de Hoï An. On nous donne même les clés de tout l’hôtel. Super ptit dej. Une Adresse exceptionnelle vu les pris pratiqués 😃

We absolutely loved our stay in Ti Hon House. Hien is such a wonderful hostess. She welcomed us with a passion fruit drink and gave us a lot of tips about trips and restaurants. She's so friendly and sweet. The house itself is beautiful, with a nice swimming pool in the middle. Great to take a dip after a visit to the centre. Hien also arranged a bike for us, so we could tour around the rice fields and pottery village.Breakfast is very good, you have different options to choose from. The room was big, with large windows overlooking the surroundings and a little balcony, perfect to read a book in the evening. The house is located in a small and quiet street and you can walk from there to the city center. We recommend Ti Hon House! If we come back, we'll stay there again

THE BEST HOST!! Amazing Facilities, Comfy beds, clean and pretty rooms, quiet sleeps, great recommended spots from the host. I recommend you try the local breakfast spot through the host.

Nothing was bad literally beat bang for your buck!!!!
