The host was very kind and accommodating. This was a last minute booking. Our flight arriving into Rome was so delayed that we gave up on our original plans and had to scramble to find lodging after 11 PM. Our host waited up for us and made sure we were comfortable before she retired for the night. In the morning she directed us to a great little cafe in the neighborhood. We were them able to pick up with our plans and had a wonderful holiday.

We stayed here for just one night but would happily have stayed for longer. The property was immaculately clean and comfortable and the host was tremendously obliging and helpful. It was exceptionally good value. There was air conditioning in every room, secure parking, a great restaurant round the corner which our host not only recommended but walked us to and it served us very late in the evening.

The neighbours, cleannesses, a lot of space. Everything is ok or good, except

Sockets, absence of microwave oven and presence of gas stove. Location is far, but the price is cheap, so just buy rechargeable travelling card. And all the communication was in Italian, which is not friendly)

The place was exceptionally beautiful and spacious. There was no clutter and the wifi was good. The lady downstairs was super kind and helpful; and was patient when we tried to overcome the language barrier between us. Overall, very calm and good value for money.

The location to the centre of the city by public transport could be better, it took more than hour. The wifi sometimes got disconnected but was fixed as soon as we reported it.

It was an okay ONE night stay. Anything long then 1 night would have been miserable!

There are tons of Mosquitoes. They had left the windows open in the house and Mosquitoes were everywhere. We had to kill them with our own hands. Beds were not comfortable. Again it was okay for a one night stay as we flew out early the next morning at FCO.

Nice clean apartment in the family house.

. The purpose of our staying in this area was distance to the airport. Unfortunately we didn’t check availability of taxi drivers or buses. There is absolutely no connections with the airport so would not recommend it if you are planning to stay here due to early morning flight.

It was spacious. It has its own parking space. Near the shops. Good heating system. Helpful owner

The kitchen can have more dishes and utensils.

I like its garden, because you can drink coffee and relax.

The house number is not in place. The house number which is 117 was place between the 97 and 99. So if you will follow the house number youll notice that theres no 117 after 116 which followed by 118. Its a bit an easy to communicate because they speak only italian. When we arrived at the apartment at 18:30, they are just starting to moved their things outside, so we have to wait outside.and our last night 25 oct. 2022, while we are out and enjoying the scenery in phanthom, they called me and saying to go out. So we have to rush back home and ruin the night. When i told her i booked until 26 and we'll leave in the morning, then it was settle. In the morning of our checkout, they our shouting and angry to my friends because they said the phone bill is 1,077 euro. And saying that we used the phone to call in the phillippines which is not true. So they called the network provider and asked and they knew that we didnt use it.We are always outside to enjoy our holliday. We stayed in venice for 2 nights. We just go home at around 11pm to midnigh in their apartment to sleep. And then the next day go out again. They must call the network provider first before they confront us. So that they will know fact that we didnt use the phone to call anyone. We are using just an internet. Dont be rude just because we are Filipino. Be fair, we pay the exact amount, we clean the apartment and washes all the towels we used.
