"Rodent, mould and unsafe front door"

I had to leave this property very soon after arrival as it was uninhabitable. There was a mouse in the kitchen, which made it impossible for me to remain. I also found: - Mould on multiple surfaces, including the front door, bathroom, and kitchen blinds - An unsafe front door held shut with a hairband - A stained and unhygienic kitchen sink I reported the issue to Booking.com and provided photo evidence. Despite this, I received no meaningful support and only a small “goodwill” offer. I did not stay at the property and am still waiting for a full refund. This was a deeply distressing experience, and I urge Booking.com to take listings like this more seriously. I would not recommend staying here.
